Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating employee complaints and workplace conflicts, and recommending solutions that align with organizational goals and values.
- Collaborating with management and HR partners to develop and implement solutions to workplace concerns.
- Providing coaching and counseling to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conduct.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of investigations and employee relations activities.
- Supporting the development of Training Programs and Implementation.
- Partnering with legal counsel as needed to mitigate legal risks.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or related HR roles.
- Knowledgeable in basic Labor standards (DOLE).
- Excellent conflict resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
