About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This individual will focus on ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement. The ideal candidate will implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.

The successful candidate will create and refine email templates and content, develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs, run A/B testing across content and design, and manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns. They will launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns, track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls, own UTM parameter setup and reporting, and provide insights to optimize performance.

Cross-team collaboration is essential, ensuring campaigns align with compliance and business goals. Regular reporting dashboards will be provided to leadership.
