Compensation: Uncapped commission, earning up to 6 digits or more per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound communication, making sales presentations, and closing deals to meet targets. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Outbound Communication:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on distribution and close sales to ensure targets are met
  • Accurate data capturing
  • Obtain referrals from current clients
  • Create awareness by distributing marketing material
Client Processing:
  • Obtain client information and complete the subscription form on behalf of the client
  • E-mail the completed subscriber form to the client for signature and receive it back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client's signature
  • Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing
  • Generate quotations and follow-up
  • Follow up on fitment scheduling
  • Contact the client to confirm the scheduled appointment
Company Standard:
  • Ensure proper authentication of information to align with Cartrack quality standards
  • Maintain quality according to company policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on product and system knowledge by attending various information/training sessions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Vocational Graduate/Undergraduate/College Graduate
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing, telesales agent roles, sales representative roles, outbound customer service roles handling sales accounts, or upselling background
  • Willingness to work onsite in Poblacion, Makati City
  • Tech-savviness - familiarity with MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Competencies and Skills:
  • Sales orientation: adequate knowledge of end-to-end sales, ability to sell over the phone, good understanding of telephone etiquette, and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick-witted and resourceful
