This role requires a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce customer service and/or sales, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Assist customers with product-related issues, including troubleshooting and installation guidance.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce customer service and/or sales is a plus, preferably in a technical setting.
- Strong technical aptitude—comfortable understanding basic technical functions; having an interest in mechanical or electric parts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to handle both email and phone interactions professionally.
