About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Lead technical proposals process addressing choices for the scope, budget, implementation and operations models to determine solution choices in BDA context.
  3. Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  5. Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to drive efficiency and process improvements.
  6. Monitor project performance, generate reports, and present updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  8. Remove obstacles to ensure the development team can work efficiently.
  9. Promote Agile principles and best practices throughout the team.
  10. Act as a liaison between the development team and the business stakeholders.
  11. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business leaders.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, related field or relevant experience.
  2. 5 years of experience in technology project management or a related role.
  3. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  4. Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
  5. Strong understanding of software development, databases, system integrations, and business processes.
  6. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
  7. In-depth knowledge of ERP/CRM systems like Oracle and Salesforce.
