Director - Project Management Office

The Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) will lead project management functions within the Digital Technology organization, ensuring strategic alignment and successful project execution. This role involves establishing best practices, overseeing a team of project managers, optimizing resources, and mitigating risks. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely, scope-compliant, and budget-conscious delivery. Additionally, they will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the PMO team.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- At least 12+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role overseeing a PMO.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, SmartSheets).
- PfMP, PMP or similar certification.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline).
- Continuing education in project management methodologies, leadership, and business strategy is a plus.
- Open to work on site for the first 6 months, US time and eventually shift to hybrid schedule.
