We are seeking a skilled automation professional who will be the backbone of our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at streamlining processes and connecting systems to empower teams to work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automations that integrate multiple platforms, including n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable.
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
