Accounting Specialist plays a key role in supporting the management of identified REFX activities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and principles. The successful candidate will execute set procedures to maintain accurate data and support timely payment to Lessors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Encode new lease contracts into RE_FX (including Lessor, Lessee name, terms, deposit, amount, and lease duration)
  • Update existing lease contracts with revised terms (e.g. rate escalation, rebates, etc.)
  • Maintain a complete database in accordance with CRE instructions.

Activities:

  • Process lease-in payments and billing (lease out)
  • Reconcile lease in and lease out data

Batch Posting Functions:

  • Lease-in: Batch posting of monthly rental payments
  • Lease-out: Batch posting of billings to Franchisees/Sublessees
  • Intracompany batch posting
  • One-time posting: Additional rent or changes requiring rush payment
  • Settlement of posted entries for cost center charging.
