  • Communicate effectively with clients, elevator contractors, and Sales Executives to address questions, concerns, and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements and implement improvements to optimize CARE delivery and quality.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a related role with expertise in elevator terminology, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
