Implementation Specialist Role

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and follow-through are crucial.
  • A proven track record of conflict resolution within internal teams and client issues.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years+ of client-facing project management experience at a SaaS-based business is preferred.
  • Understanding of the real estate industry is beneficial.
