Expert Structural Design Consultant

We are seeking an experienced licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with in-depth knowledge of structural or geotechnical design to act as a key advisor on a flexible, part-time basis. This role is ideal for a semi-retired engineer who still loves the work but prefers fewer hours and no direct business development or staff management responsibilities.
The successful candidate will review, advise, and provide oversight on designs prepared by our skilled team of civil engineers and drafters, ensuring compliance with high technical standards. Key duties include:
- Reviewing geotechnical and structural calculations and drawings
- Providing expert advice as a Structural Engineering Specialist
- Ensuring adherence to applicable codes and industry best practices
- Offering clear, practical feedback to support our design team
Requirements include:
- 12+ years of experience in geostructural or civil design
- Comfort reviewing work by international teams
- High integrity and a strong sense of professional responsibility
