Job Overview:

KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. is a pioneering Digital Bank that seeks a skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to manage its financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior management, monitor budget performance, and provide variance analysis.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, analyze financial data and trends, and prepare ad hoc financial reports.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash flow by monitoring cash balances and cash forecasts, optimize cash management processes, and oversee banking relationships.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements, coordinate with external tax advisors, and prepare and file tax returns.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls, develop and implement risk management policies and procedures, and monitor compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support, ensure proper training and motivation, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
