Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loans Processor to join our team at Cepat Kredit Financing Inc.

  • As a Loans Processor, you will be responsible for informing clients regarding loan charges such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds, and documentation requirements prior to the release of loan proceeds.
  • You will ensure that borrowers/co-borrowers/co-makers comply with the required documents prior to the release of loan proceeds.
  • Your role will involve checking the completeness, validity, and authenticity of all documents submitted by the borrower/co-borrower/co-maker.
  • You will facilitate the signing of legal documents with borrowers/co-borrowers/co-makers as applicable.
  • You will prepare Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) and provide a printed copy.
  • You will facilitate the release of loan proceeds to borrowers after completing the required documentation and cancellation of loan checks that are not claimed by borrowers.
  • You will encode all information of the loan borrower in the database system (master file).
  • You will prepare check requests for rebates, refunds, agent's commission, net proceeds, cash cards, and opening of checking accounts.
  • You will consolidate and ensure proper filing of all loan documents.
  • You will perform other work-related functions assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants should have good customer service skills, administrative skills, and communication skills.
  • They should have excellent attention to details as the job requires thorough checking and review of information and accuracy of data.
  • Successful candidates will have a high sense of responsibility, accountability, and integrity.
  • Computer proficiency is essential.
  • No work experience is required for this position.
