Job Title: Strategic Project Coordinator

This position oversees daily Scrum Master and project management duties for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.

You will facilitate agile methodologies to drive alignment and execution while working in ClickUp and Slack. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be adept at conflict resolution, and possess strong communication abilities.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for both product and web development teams
  • Own the backlog grooming process and maintain accurate sprint tracking in ClickUp
  • Monitor team velocity and timelines to identify potential blockers and implement solutions in real-time
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive goals and clear expectations
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and developing effective team rituals
  • Collaborate with department leads to scope projects, set realistic timelines, assign tasks, and define success metrics
  • Maintain visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders through ClickUp planning and Slack coordination
  • Identify potential risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure consistent follow-through across teams
  • Support leadership with insights into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and high-quality performance throughout the organization
