As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Karbon, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data importation and consolidation, including QA review
  • Template creation and editing for customers
  • Request prioritization and management, including updating requesters and ticketing systems on task completion
  • Customer and project account setup and tracking
  • Assistance with customer report requests; consolidating final reports for uploading in various systems
  • Verification and validation of customer information for offboarding
  • Removal of customer information from systems
  • Collaboration with the sales, customer success, and services teams to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Preparation of customer business reviews
  • Follow-up on customer survey requests
  • Leadership in customer education content creation

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 1+ year of relevant work experience (or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience – strong customer service skills are essential
  • BSIT preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Background in B2B account management, client services, or a similar field
  • Attention to detail & ability to work through complex problems creatively
  • Strong project management skills
  • Capacity to break down intricate issues into clear, concise recommendations for both written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with internet technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.)
