Job Title:

Sales Representative

A dynamic and ambitious professional is required to deliver exceptional customer service, manage a high call volume, and contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer care, resolving client-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with key process updates, SLAs, and individual performance metrics to contribute to team success.
  • Grasp, comprehend, and retain training or coaching content quickly, ensuring its application during work execution.
  • Attend all team briefings, meetings, and coaching sessions on time.
  • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and SMS effectively to maintain a full pipeline of prospects.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their goals and interests.
  • Set appointments with consumers as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers.
  • Adapt to process changes and assist in creating ways to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Seek guidance from Team leaders/management and escalate when necessary or genuine needs arise.
  • Maintain regular, reliable performance and attendance, including daily schedules as assigned.
  • Work overtime, weekly off, and public holidays based on business requirements.
  • Exhibit right and acceptable behavior at the workplace, adhering to the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Manage irate customers and provide resolution to their concerns.
  • On occasions, deliver what may be perceived as not-so-positive news while ensuring customers understand the reasoning behind decisions.
  • Act as a team player, coordinating work respectfully with fellow members.
  • Update relevant information accurately into clients' systems and provide constructive feedback to enhance systems and improve overall customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a 'can-do' and 'open-to-feedback' attitude, fostering a great working culture to achieve the best results.
  • Work towards set targets, manage own time, and prioritize tasks to meet expected work discipline as a professional.
  • Collaborate closely with Team leaders by implementing coaching aspects discussed for self and career development.Additional Responsibilities:
    • Participate in team bonding and offline activities as necessary.
    • Assist new team members in need, contributing to team culture.
    • Apply knowledge of handling customers in a BPO setting through any mode of communication from previous experiences.
    • Utilize MS Office basic applications like Word, Excel, Notes, etc., effectively.
    • Be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
    • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Meet business requirements and fluctuating workload demands.
    • Organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments efficiently.
    • Foster a cooperative work environment.
    • Display a hardworking and smart-working attitude with openness to feedback.
    • Possess an acceptable typing speed of at least 22 WPM/90% accuracy.
    Requirements:
    • Age: 18 years completed and above.
    • High School (Old Curriculum) or Sr. High School (New Curriculum) Undergraduates accepted.
    • BPO experience preferred (at least 6 months).
    • US Mortgage experience is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Must have telemarketing experience.
    • Knowledgeable about lead generation.
