Job Role: Quality Assurance Specialist

The key focus of this position is to oversee and assess customer interactions, evaluate staff performance, and provide constructive feedback to team leaders and managers.

Duties include:

  • Evaluating each interaction from 1 to 5 in various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): communication, approach, resolution, and areas for improvement.
  • Supplying timely written feedback to clients and creating a QA scorecard template.
  • Developing a QA score dashboard to visually display team members' performance and progress.
  • Participating in regular meetings to discuss AE scores, trends, and suggestions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.
  • Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good judgment, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
