Key Responsibilities

The role involves driving seller adoption of off-platform marketing solutions, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will own the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable ROI.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through adoption of different off-platform ads channels
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement
  • Driving strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization strategies to sellers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience working with datasets to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
