About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and drive high-impact campaigns for clients across Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing platform-specific strategies, creating and scheduling content, managing paid social advertising, and engaging communities to drive measurable results.

Your primary focus will be on boosting engagement rates, generating qualified leads, and meeting campaign KPIs. You will work across various industries, from B2B SaaS to retail, and report performance insights to clients in AEST/AEDT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Create and schedule high-quality content to engage target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze performance using native platform insights and reporting tools.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on ANZ audiences.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • A strong ability to analyze performance using native platform insights and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent written and spoken English for campaign copywriting and client presentations.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
