Job Description

As a seasoned NetSuite project manager, you will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and optimization projects for diverse clients.

Responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.

Lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.

Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.

Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.

Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the project team.

Evaluate project performance against established metrics and benchmarks.

Improve project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with US-based clients is highly desirable.
