We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. Your primary focus will be on implementing and refining SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods, including ChatGPT, Jasper, and SurferSEO. You will also conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools, analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance, and perform ongoing SEO audits of our website, including meta content updates using AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate AI-powered product copy
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
