Job Overview

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include managing product listings, pricing, and content updates across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize errors.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment reports to support supply chain forecasting.
  • Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
