Key Responsibilities:- Design and produce marketing materials including direct mail, magazine spreads, brochures, digital articles, and digital billboards.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with project needs.
- Stay up-to-date on design, publishing, and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and branding projects.
- Collaborate with teams to manage and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
- 5+ years of experience in print and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong production expertise including file preparation, layout design, and prepress best practices.
- Advanced photo editing and retouching capabilities.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals - typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong design and production proficiency.
