  • You will address any issues or last-minute changes during events, providing exceptional customer service.
  • You will ensure events comply with safety and legal regulations, maintaining a secure environment for all guests.
  • You will maintain accurate records and handle post-event evaluations, continually improving our services.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination is essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to work effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Proficient in event management software and tools to streamline operations.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure are crucial in this fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
