Job Title: Packaging Design Professional

This role is responsible for supporting the development of product packaging by assisting in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have a combination of creativity and attention to detail, ensuring that all packaging meets brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical/production and compliance requirements.


The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the creation of new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements and translates brand and product needs into clear, compelling packaging solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative asset development and execution
  • Preparing consistent print-ready artwork
  • Adapting existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines
  • Maintaining brand consistency and optimizing design templates and asset libraries

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software (preferably Adobe Illustrator)
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
