Job Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead the creation of impactful catalogues, drive innovative initiatives, and thrive within a purpose-driven organization committed to growth, development, and genuine care for its people.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing catalogue production timelines, coordinating content inputs, and ensuring all content meets established guidelines and processes.

  • Own Catalogue Delivery: Take full accountability for delivering individual catalogues that effectively showcase products, adhere to budget parameters, and align with our overall catalogue plan.
  • Manage Production: Oversee the entire catalogue production process, coordinating all content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Guarantee all content meets established catalogue production guidelines and agreed-upon processes.
  • Drive Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to secure necessary content, assets, and approvals, crucial for optimizing delivery workflows.
  • Oversee Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks for all catalogue elements, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in producing digital content at scale is beneficial.
  • A meticulous and fastidious eye for detail.
  • The capacity to perform effectively under pressure and seamlessly adjust to evolving priorities in a dynamic setting.
