Marketing Coordinator Job Description

This role is a vital support position for our marketing team, requiring strong organizational and coordination skills. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with design, events, communications, and internal projects, acting as a central point of coordination for marketing requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate project completion.
  • Create, adapt, and repurpose marketing content for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creative work.
  • Assist with webinar and event coordination, including scheduling, logistics, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain data hygiene, update records, manage lists, and support email workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools for research and drafting.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, SEO research, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Support email marketing build and send campaigns, QA content, and coordinate team approvals.
Required Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced capabilities in PowerPoint with a polished design aesthetic.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with attention to branding consistency and layout detail.
  • Working knowledge of CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms to track and deliver work efficiently.
