About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchant Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, introducing our merchant services, and overcoming objections.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and prior experience in cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Effectively handle objections and provide clear, persuasive responses.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of merchant services or payment processing solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
