Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our Data Platform team. As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of software engineers in designing, developing, and delivering scalable data solutions for Kubernetes and cloud machines.

Your primary focus will be on building a strong team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence in software development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, ensure technical excellence, and advocate for modern agile software development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a software engineering team lead or manager, preferably with Python and Golang expertise
  • Strong understanding of big data and MySQL technologies, with experience running production-level systems at scale
  • Excellent people management skills, with a proven track record of hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
  • Sound engineering skills, with the ability to contribute code directly when needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies and DevOps principles
