Senior Financial Manager

The Senior Financial Manager will oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and month-end close processes. This role will ensure the integrity of financial statements, compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of actionable financial insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic planning and financial analysis activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial modeling to support business objectives.
- Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
- Maintain and enhance financial models to support data-driven decision-making and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, planning & analysis, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.).
