A key role in our organization is Financial Controller, which oversees critical financial functions ensuring accuracy and supporting the company's growth.
Job Description:This position is instrumental in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, performing bank and account reconciliations, conducting cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability, and supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Support FP&A initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles.
- QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
