We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our organization.
The successful candidate will work during standard business hours and report to a designated manager.
- Perform various accounting tasks for assigned properties, including commercial billing, tenant statements, lease postings, receipts, waiver of late fees, billback to tenants, and property management reports.
- Follow up with asset and property managers to collect delinquent accounts.
- Conduct accounting processes related to property acquisition/disposition.
- Prepare sales tax forms and submit payment for processing.
- Prepare reports for management, as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, graduated with Latin honors (cum laude or better), be a CPA license holder, and have 2-4 years of full-time accounting experience.
Broad based accounting experience is a plus. The candidate should possess solid organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
