Project Admin Engineer

J.C. Piñon Construction Inc is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Admin Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documentation, cost control, and monitoring at assigned project sites.
  • Act as the finance, procurement, human resources, and safety officer on-site.
  • Record and report site expenses, monitor project expenditures, and prepare project Accounts Payable.
  • Manage the Petty Cash Fund and replenish it as needed.
  • Assist the head office Procurement Department in sourcing local materials and services.
  • Prepare and approve Certificate of Payment to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Issue Purchase Orders for small item purchases.
  • Track office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Screen and hire local workers, schedule trade tests, and secure pre-employment requirements.
  • Submit validated DTR of site workers and assist the head office HR Department.
  • Document and analyze daily accomplishment reports and manpower/equipment utilization.
  • Submit weekly reports on financial and physical inventory of materials.
  • Manage project records, toolbox minutes, and correspondence.
  • Implement DOLE-approved construction safety standards and company safety policies.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years' work experience in the related field.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
  • Willingness to travel and be assigned to project sites.
