Job Overview

This role entails overseeing the full lifecycle of an Amazon Seller Central account, from daily operations to long-term strategy development. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing private label brands on Amazon, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing operational efficiency.

The successful applicant will be responsible for end-to-end account ownership, including managing performance metrics, addressing compliance issues, and maintaining strong standing across all marketplaces. They will also oversee case management, reimbursements, listing creation and optimization, data analysis and reporting, logistics and inventory reconciliation, inventory forecasting and planning, pricing and promotions management, product information management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Seller Central accounts to drive sales growth and optimize operational efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics, address compliance issues, and maintain strong standing across all marketplaces
  • Oversee case management, reimbursements, listing creation and optimization, data analysis and reporting, logistics and inventory reconciliation, inventory forecasting and planning, pricing and promotions management, product information management, and customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing private label brands on Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong background in Amazon shipment creation, logistics coordination, and inventory reconciliation
  • Proven ability to plan and execute pricing tactics, run promotions, coupons, and deals
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, including the UK (required) and EU (preferred)
  • High-level proficiency in Helium 10 for product research, keyword optimization, and listing management
