About the role

As a RF Engineering Professional, you will be part of our team in Metro Manila, working on a contract basis to maintain and repair wireless telecommunications infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless connectivity for our customers through efficient maintenance and repair of 4G/5G wireless sites and site energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and proactive maintenance, fault locating, key event assurance, capacity management, and maintenance efficiency improvement for 4G/5G wireless sites and site energy systems.
  • Provide remote support in addressing network issues, with on-site troubleshooting as needed.
  • Work closely with customers' technical teams and Huawei's Customer Support Engineers to resolve technical issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with detailed technical information.
  • Manage service request tickets and collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to resolve network issues within contracted SLA periods.
  • Analyze and review root cause analyses provided by Customer Support Engineers to inform reporting to customers.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies in accordance with established processes.
  • Communicate task progress regularly to professional customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance results of the network, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop contingency plans and network topologies, conduct network accident drills to ensure business continuity.
  • Perform other tasks related to maintenance as required.
