  • TAC Calls - Call Aruba Supports to report an issue.
  • Reaching out to vendors for information and potentially moving vendors over to a new network - gather vendor network requirements, move over to new network, test/troubleshoot as needed.
  • PDCS - Building out Meraki Dashboard Config to be compatible with Hilton Standards.
  • Wireless/Wires CRs - Setup Wireless/Wired Connection Rooms for Hilton TV solution.
  • IPWs - Documentation.
  • Conf tool screenshots - Documentation.
  • Snap Imports/Port Forwards - Device information and management.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with engineering concepts and terminology.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
