Project Manager - Eclinical Initiative


This is a strategic delivery role requiring strong experience in eClinical suite implementation. As Sr. Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies, with a focus on eCOA systems.

You will manage cross-functional teams, align with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensure timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations.
  • Familiarity with device provisioning workflows and mobile device management.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
