Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facilities and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sourcefit DR. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Implement security protocols and standards
  • Respond to emergencies and urgent issues
  • Ensure proper asset documentation and tracking
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a facilities or operations role
  • Experience in vendor management is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of building administration coordination and maintenance is a plus
  • Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred
