Quality Assurance Expert

Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across various projects. Your expertise will drive excellence, and your guidance will empower teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Department and provide strategic direction to QA/QC personnel.
  • Develop and refine Quality Management Plans for all project sites.
  • Design and implement comprehensive Quality dashboards to track performance, accomplishments, and trends.
  • Create detailed QA/QC inspection and test plans with compliance protocols.
  • Implement and enforce Quality standards, ensuring seamless compliance across all project sites.
  • Participate in project planning and meetings for new initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach Quality personnel to enhance their capabilities and contribute to team growth.
  • Review and recommend quality workmanship standards to maintain excellence.
  • Monitor and report on the status of quality outputs and services.
  • Review QA-related reports and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence.
  • Screen and approve QA/QC personnel-in-charge for project sites.
  • Recommend corrective actions from operations to maintain quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and improve ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan), PQP (Project Quality Plan), and other QC-related documents to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure that QC standards and procedures are followed meticulously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Licensed Civil/Material Engineer.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in QA within the Construction industry.
  • Highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proficient in MS Applications to streamline workflows.
