  • Owning complete payroll processing cycle
  • Executing and optimizing comprehensive payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
  • Payroll accounting reconciliations
  • Resolving payroll queries and escalations
  • Driving vendor performance and relationship management
  • Serving as primary point of contact for key stakeholders including Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Finance teams
  • Designing and implementing process improvements using Six Sigma methodology
  • Providing support on strategic initiatives and country expansions
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 years+ of payroll/HR experience
- English language proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proven track record of stakeholder management
