  About this role:
\We are seeking a skilled App Review Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the tech industry.\
\As an App Review Developer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of public apps and escalated app submissions to ensure they meet our quality and security standards. You will also provide guidance and best practices to app partners to help them build high-quality applications that effectively serve merchants.\

  • Oversee the app submission process, ensuring a swift review turnaround.\
  • Work closely with product teams on new app types, API changes, and process improvements, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Maintain internal resources, creating and updating knowledge management tools related to app store requirements while mentoring new hires and supporting their onboarding.

\Requirements:\
\To succeed in this role, you will need: \

  • At least 2+ years in a technology or operations role, preferably within app development, quality assurance, or support.\
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to catch errors and enforce quality standards.\
  • The ability to apply UX frameworks to submissions quickly and effectively to grade against.\
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities to navigate multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively.\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing unique challenges and crafting solutions and being able to think critically.
