Sophisticated Platform Engineer Wanted

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging opportunity to utilize your technical expertise in an innovative environment? We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology solutions.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kubernetes administration, infrastructure as code, CI/CD tools, monitoring, and observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, multi-node Kubernetes clusters on-premises, AWS EKS, or Azure AKS.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools.
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and highly available, supporting auto-scaling where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles.
  • Work with IT and Support teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
Required Qualifications
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MSc degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration (CKA or similar certifications are a plus).
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (especially GitHub Actions).
  • Helm charts and package management.
  • Monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Scripting (Bash, Python).
  • Linux system administration.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure.
  • Exposure to MLOps workflows and large language model (LLM) deployment.
  • Experience provisioning Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtual machines (e.g. using kubeadm, Cluster API, or similar tools).
