Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong understanding of GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing procedures
  • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory, sales, returns, and refunds, integrating with relevant inventory management systems
  • Handle invoicing and payments for service contracts, ensuring timely billing and collection
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), G Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
