Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies to ensure efficient procurement processes.
  • Prepare and implement vendor accreditation processes and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Streamline the procurement process to deliver requirements at the best possible time, quality, and price.
  • Maintain processes for monitoring all Purchasing activities and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Participate in Research & Development of products and ensure logistics are scheduled properly with the General Affairs Department.
  • Oversee inventory management and resolve vendor or subcontractor grievances and claims against suppliers.
  • Coordinate with other departments on approved specifications for awarding bids and report directly to the Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory/material control, and warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes, especially import and export processes.
  • Familiarity with the waste-water treatment process is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with leadership background and high level of interpersonal skills.
