Job Description

As a skilled Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining various documentation types, including Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, and user manuals. Your primary goal is to ensure all content meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather product and documentation requirements while taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Your expertise in Salesforce will be essential in designing and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites and maintaining a high-quality knowledge management system.

In addition, you will review and edit content produced by team members, striving for clarity and accessibility in all technical communications. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and your innovative approach to improving processes will be key to your success in this role.

  • Create comprehensive documentation tailored to diverse audiences' needs, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product and documentation requirements.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites using Salesforce Site Builder.
  • Manage and maintain a high-quality knowledge management system.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language.
  • Review, proofread, and edit content produced by team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in technical writing, specifically in creating service, product, and client-facing documentation.
  • Global perspective and experience working in a global or international service environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take initiative, assume ownership of projects, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and site design.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS coding, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
Benefits

We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and collaboration. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home, but you must have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and ensures privacy.

A minimum download speed of 120mps and 10mbp upload is required to support our systems. Computers should be hard-wired to a router, and we provide equipment. All remote employees are expected to be on camera for training sessions and meetings.
