Key Content Marketing Strategist Role

This is a high-level, multifaceted content position. We're looking for an experienced and skilled storyteller who can create compelling, impactful content that drives results and enhances our brand.

As a content marketing strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping our editorial strategy, developing engaging content across various formats (articles, reports, case studies, thought leadership, social media posts, video scripts), and distributing it across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, website, events, and more).

You'll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators. Your goal will be to cut through the noise in B2B marketing, spark meaningful conversations in the CX community, and establish Ethos Support as a challenger brand in the BPO world.

Content Creation Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the editorial calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across various formats.
  • Develop and drive content strategies: Align content with business goals—pipeline generation, brand awareness, client trust.
  • Repurpose content effectively: Turn one big idea into multiple pieces of content across channels, all with specific purposes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with sales, founders, and operations teams to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Measure and optimize performance: Track engagement metrics (traffic, leads, pipeline influence) and refine what works.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in copywriting, content strategy, or social media)
  • 4-6 years of experience primarily in B2B content marketing
  • Proven track record of building successful content programs that drive measurable results
  • Excellent writing and editing skills: ability to switch between sharp thought leadership, friendly social copy, and client case studies
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics
  • Data-driven mindset: love to experiment, measure, and optimize
  • Comfort interviewing executives, clients, and SMEs to distill complex ideas into engaging stories
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, a strong understanding of SEO + LinkedIn distribution, and basic understanding of marketing automation in HubSpot and SEMrush (or similar tools)
  • Strong project management skills: juggle deadlines without dropping balls

  • Experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing for lead generation
  • Design skills or comfort with creative tools for campaign creative direction (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
