Visual Content Creator

Urban Era Marketing is a remote-first digital agency with global operations. We specialize in creating scalable media brands using content, automation, and creativity.

As a Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing modern, strategic, high-performing visual content for various platforms including blogs, YouTube, e-commerce, social media, and digital products.

You will work closely with our CEO and content leads to create images, thumbnails, banners, social templates, and branding materials that are clean, modern, and built for conversion.

This role requires a strong sense of layout, typography, and color balance. You must be able to follow visual briefs and adapt to brand guidelines.

  • Design social media posts, banners, and short-form video overlays
  • Create blog cover images, product images, eBook covers, and lead magnets
  • Support our YouTube team with thumbnail designs and visual branding
  • Assist in PR campaign visuals (feature images, infographics, profile kits)
  • Maintain branded design templates and style consistency across platforms
  • Participate in creative meetings and execute fast-turnaround requests

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of professional experience in design (or a strong portfolio)
  • Fluency in Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Able to meet deadlines and collaborate with our remote team
