Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as Project Lead Engineer for medium and large-scale projects, responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Department Project Execution Plan to ensure successful completion of projects assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Must be graduates of BS Chemical Engineering or related course.
  2. At least eight (8) to fourteen (14) years experience in process engineering design works gained in an oil & gas or related industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Able to implement a training plan of the Department/Section.
  6. Occasionally functions as a Technical Auditor.
  7. Can negotiate and coordinate with clients to establish project requirements, standards, and applications.
  8. Possess leadership, project management, and good interpersonal skills.
  9. Can prepare drawings such as Process Flow Diagram, Utility Flow Diagram, Piping and Instrument Diagram.
  10. Can perform heat and material balance calculations and hydraulic calculations.
  11. Able to do Equipment Sizing and Rating.
  12. Able to design Process Safety Systems.
  13. Can prepare Equipment, Instrument, and Piping Process Data Sheets.
