Key Performance Designer Position

This role involves creating visually engaging and data-driven designs for paid media campaigns. As a high-performing ad designer, you will collaborate closely with creative strategists and marketers to develop innovative designs that drive key performance metrics.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, as well as experience designing for paid media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities include analyzing creative proposals and briefs, conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, and preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas to stakeholders. The designer must also stay updated with platform trends, design standards, and creative best practices for performance advertising.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the designer will work closely with other creatives and stakeholders. Self-motivation and attention to detail are also crucial in managing multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.

  • Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with design principles
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness
