Quality Assurance Specialist Role

This pivotal position plays a key role in establishing a comprehensive quality framework across workstreams, ensuring operations maintain the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor issues and errors, capturing them accurately and conducting daily analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain weekly calls with operational leads to discuss issues raised and potential risks from the previous week, aligning root causes to facilitate targeted solutions.
  • Pursue process improvements and performance management opportunities, sharing results with stakeholders as needed.
  • Analyze bottlenecks in processes, communicating findings to senior leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity through reliable information for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to track key performance indicators (KPIs), assessing progress and performance against established goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or reporting.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient MS Office and data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
